Shipping policy

Although we strive to get all orders completed within 3-4 days, please allow at least 1-2 weeks processing time for your order to be made as each piece is handmade by myself. 

This may change during a busy period, if so we will update this estimated time frame to 2-3 weeks. 

For all PRE-ORDERS updates will be available on our instagram social media story, once PRE-ORDERS have closed, we expect the materials to arrive one week after the closing date, then the 1-2 weeks time frame will apply. 

We offer Royal Mail 24hr and 48hr delivery services, if for whatever reason on their behalf you have not had any updates on your tracking for over 7 days, get in touch and we will try our best to assist you further. 

Once your order is shipped, we are no longer responsible if delays are made by the postal services. If your order has not arrived, we are only able to apply for compensation 4 weeks after the item has been shipped.
