Refund policy

At IT’S VIVI, we hope you & your pup absolutely love your new gear, but for any reason you are dissatisfied please do contact us straight away at itsvividogs@gmail.com to address your issue. 

If you receive faulty items you are entitled to a refund, as long as you as the customer can provide accurate proof of such on the day of arrival.

We don’t accept returns on DYO ( Design your own ) pieces as these are made to order, it is up to the customer to choose the accurate colour/ colour combination & size for your item by checking our colour chart & size chart before ordering.

If you ordered the incorrect size collar we can offer an exchange for the correct size ( not including DYO collars ) as long as this request is made at least 7 days after the arrival to you.

If you would like to return your order, it must be within 7 days of arrival to you & unused. We will request photos of the item you are unsatisfied with before we accept a return, please send this to us at itsvividogs@gmail.com
